Training - Preston Referees Society

Fitness Training

Fitness training will be held from 6.30 - 7.30pm every Monday evening at Preston Sports Arena.
Our weekly fitness sessions with the excellent facilities on offer at the Arena and the support group atmosphere, is something very positive which the Society offers.
Organiser Paul Marsden said, "I would particularly appeal to any members who perhaps do not currently attend Society meetings for whatever reason to give the fitness sessions a go as I assure you that you will find it a very good way of getting involved, it will benefit your refereeing.
If you are interested in coming down either next week or in the future, please contact Paul Marsden This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

Training Classes

Training classes for referees will be held at St Gregory's Social Club, off Blackpool Rd, Deepdale, Preston at 7.30pm on certain Tuesdays during the football season commencing on Tuesday 13th September 2011.
These classes and training sessions are an invaluable part of referee development and part from the knowledge gained they are a perfect opportunity to meet, and hear the experiences of other referees.
If you want to progress in refereeing you really should attend these classes - it is particularly important for the newly qualified referees as this is an addition to the Basic Referee Course and we can assist you in how to referee and how to interpret the Law of the Game.
